General rules

Parents must not enter the classroom to see their wards or teachers during class hours. They can only meet the teachers on PTA days or during school recess.

Parents are required to co-operate with the school in helping the children progress. They should check the bags of children for any circular, notice or invitation that may have been issued.

Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address or telephone numbers.

Children when sick should not be sent to school.

For any specific medical problem, the parents must inform the school authority prior to the session.

Any communication by the parents should be addressed to the Principal.

Uniform is mandatory and a clean and neat disposition is a must for all.

Late comers are not entertained. No early departure is sanctioned except emergency.

A Student must carry identity card to the school everyday.

Cell Phone, I-Pods and any other electronic gadget are totally banned in school premises.

Students are not allowed to carry any arms with them.

Bursting of crackers, playing with colors/damaging school property/ indulging in fights with other students is liable to lead to expulsion of a student from the school.

Buying & eating from hawkers outside the school is strictly forbidden.

No books other than the text or Library books be brought to school.

Students must not indulge in any rude behavior or violence in any form.

Leave for going out of station should be approved of, prior to proceeding on leave.

In case of emergency, parents will be informed and they will have to report to the Principal. They are not allowed to go to the classes directly.

The student’s name will be struck off the rolls if he/she is absent from the School for 6 days continuously without taking valid leave.

A student who has been absent on the previous day will not be admitted to the class without a letter from the parent addressed to the class teacher, stating the reason for the absence.


School Rules

Students must carry their diary to school everyday. It must have their photograph and identification information complete and signed by parents.

Students should be neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn on all working days as prescribed by the school. Boys should get their hair and nails cut at regular intervals.

Girls should plait their hair if it is below their shoulders. Short hair should be neatly cut and pinned.

Except in case of illness, children will not be granted any leave outside vacation period. Proper medical certificate should be submitted for the leave period. 

Minimum 75% attendance is necessary for sitting in the end term examination.

Students are expected to respect the property of others. This includes respect for school property.

No students should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on walls, furniture or in anyway damage things that belong to others.

Damage done, even by accident, should be reported at once to the class teacher or principal. Any damage done will be made good by the one who causes it.

The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is advisable not to bring valuable articles (like expensive watches, pens, or other items) to school.

Students are not to wear any jewellery to school (e.g. Chains, rings, bangles, bracelets etc). Girls may wear only one pair of small ear rings or studs.

Students who come to school in the care of servants should never leave before the servant arrives. In case of delay, they should report to the school office. Those who go alone should be prompt in returning straight home.

Students should be polite wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is judged be their conduct. Bulling and use of foul language are punishable offences.

The school reserves right to suspend or take strict disciplinary action against a student whose diligence or progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.

Books issued from library should be returned on time. In case of loss or damage to book, an appropriate fine will be imposed.

Copying or cheating during test and examination will be considered as a serious offence.
